“ Quieting your mind leads to knowing what expression needs to happen next .”

What does feeling fully expressed have to do with eating healthy ? Everything !
When we wanted to make sure that we tapped someone with a breadth of knowledge and experience of getting to a place of full self-expression , we jumped at the chance to speak to Sarah Anne about the therapeutic and meditative methods she uses to get to the bottom of her clients ’ subconscious patterns that stop them from feeling fully expressed in their bodies .
In her Holistically Slim movement , Sarah Anne ’ s main message is that through expansion and spirituality , we ’ re suppose to feel varying emotion in our lives in order to grow . When we feel guilty , sad or shameful about our negative feelings , we only further suppress ourselves .
“ There are no right or wrong emotion and a lot of the time we don ’ t even have the ability to understand them or use the right words to describe them .”
For her , tapping into our emotions and understanding them on a deeper level helps her clients to express themselves much more deeply and honestly .
She asks questions such as “ How do I physically feel in my body ? What parts of my body don ’ t feel great ? How did I feel before , during , and after that meal ?” When doing so , she helps women see which parts of their bodies are blocked so they can begin to heal from the inside out .
