Annual Report signatures
The Board of Directors and President affirm that the consolidated
financial statements have been prepared in accordance with
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as endorsed
by the EU, and that they provide a true and fair view of the Group’s
financial position and results of operations. The Annual Report
was prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting
practice and provides a fair and accurate view of the financial
position and earnings of the Parent Company.
The Board of Directors’ report for both the Group and the Parent
Company accurately reflects the Group’s and the Parent Company’s
operations, financial position and earnings, and describes the
significant risks and uncertainties facing the Parent Company and
the companies included in the Group.
