Running Club
Ages : 16 +
A great way for teens and adults to train for a race or just run for fun . Meet with runner instructor once a week to work on form , core , strength and endurance . We will also help you come up with a training plan for the Run A Latke 5K held at the Weinstein JCC on Sunday , December 17 . ( Price includes race registration )

Kids ’ Group Exercise
All kinds of exercise to keep your kids moving Instructor : Group Exercise Staff
This six-week session will include a variety of different Group Exercise formats including Yoga , Zumba , Pilates , Hip Hop , Muscle Conditioning , Cardio , Kickboxing , and even Cycle . These weekly group exercise classes will get kids pumped up with safe , fun exercises choreographed to the music they love .

Assessments / Reassessments
Ages 13 +
A full body assessment including body measurements , body fat , BMI , blood pressure , fitness cardio and strength test . This testing is done by certified Personal Trainer .

Small Group Training
These workouts for all fitness levels will help you reach your fitness goals . By working in small groups led by certified personal trainers you will receive the motivation and inspiration you need while getting a challenging but fun workout . Try TRX , Kettlebells , Circuit and HIIT training on the Torque equipment . All workouts are exciting and different . Get your heart rate up in one of the 15 + classes each week .
Sessions are purchased on a monthly basis ; no contracts . Sessions auto-renew on the first of each month unless communicated via email to asnyder @ weinsteinjcc . org .

Pilates Reformer Training

Improve your overall strength , flexibility , coordination and balance with this unique workout . Learn better posture and more efficient movement , and experience relief from pain associated with physical imbalances . This program focuses on the muscles of the core creating flat abs , strong backs and toned glutes and thighs .
