This water aerobics class meets twice a week
and is great for adults looking for a fun, low-
impact physical activity. During class you will
perform various movements in shallow water
to improve joint flexibility, range of motion,
and muscle strength to the sound of up-beat
music! (Minimum class size: 4)

motivate or invigorate your workout plan in
the pool. If you have medical issues, a medical
release from your doctor is required prior to
