groups led by certified personal
trainers you will receive the motivation
and inspiration, you need, while getting
a challenging but fun workout. Try TRX,
Kettlebells, Plyo-Strength and HIIT training
on the Torque equipment. All workouts are
exciting and different. Get your heart rate up
and see and feel the results.
Sessions are purchased on a monthly basis;
no contracts.

This program focuses on the muscles of the
core creating flat abs, strong backs and toned
