By wearing heart rate monitors and working in small groups led by Certified Personal Trainers you will receive the motivation and inspiration you need while getting a challenging but fun workout. Try TRX, Kettlebells, Circuit and HIIT training both outside or inside on the Torque equipment. All workouts are exciting and different. Get your heart rate up and see how hard you work with our new Polar Heart Rate Training System. Challenge yourself to join a few classes each week and sign your children up for youth fitness fun!
