These workouts for all fitness levels will help
you reach your fitness goals by learning to
train within your target heart rate. By wearing
heart rate monitors and working in small
groups led by Certified Personal Trainers you
will receive the motivation and inspiration
you need while getting a challenging but
fun workout. Try TRX, Kettlebells, Circuit and
HIIT training both outside or inside on the
Torque equipment. All workouts are exciting
and different. Get your heart rate up and see
how hard you work with our new Polar Heart
Rate Training System. Challenge yourself to
join a few classes each week and sign your
children up for youth fitness fun! Sessions are
purchased on a monthly basis; no contracts. Improve your overall strength, flexibility,
coordination and balance with this unique
workout. Learn better posture and more
efficient movement, and experience relief from
pain associated with physical imbalances.
This program focuses on the muscles of the
core creating flat abs, strong backs and toned
