This yoga class offers families an opportunity to bond through the practice of yoga poses and mindfulness teachings . Your family will get in shape while learning how to best support and honor each other , on and off the yoga mat .

MELT
Achieve lasting changes in how your body looks and feels Instructor : Heather Umberger Ages : 16 +
In this 5-week session , you will learn to identify and remove stuck stress in your body , the major cause of chronic aches and pains . Improve your overall body sense and notice the changes as your body effortlessly finds greater alignment and balance . You will activate your own core strength and stability and rehydrate the tissues of your body for greater mobility and ease of motion .
MELT helps common issues like headaches , insomnia , bloating , weight gain , cellulite and and improves athletic performance . All tools will be available for class .
