Interested in joining the 2018-2019 Glen Ellyn Grasshoppers Tumbling
Team? Want to get a feel for how practices are run and what a
competitive routine looks like? Grasshoppers Pre-Season will help
new and returning gymnasts enhance their skills. Coaches will teach
participants a practice routine that they will get to test out at our
“mock meet” at the end of the session. (jm) Age: 6-14
The Glen Ellyn Grasshoppers Tumbling Team will focus solely
on tumbling and will compete in meets through the Illinois Park
District Gymnastics Conference. New and returning participants
are encouraged to register for ONE of the FREE Placement Days
to determine their competitive level. If you are unable to make the
placement day, coaches will assess new gymnasts at the first class
and place them accordingly. Instructors reserve the right to change
placements. No new registrations will be taken after September 18.

NEW Junior Grasshoppers (Pre-Team)
Held at Spring Avenue Recreation Center
Age: 5-7
Junior Grasshoppers offers all the training and technique of regular
team, but on a shorter season. This program is for newcomers who
want to join team, and get the experience of competing, but aren’t
ready to commit to an entire season. You will learn a competitive
routine, and work on skill advancement. Program includes entry into
home meet competition. Min/Max: 5/15. (jm)

STAY & PLAY OPEN GYM
Age: Walking-Preschool
Children in preschool or younger are invited to join
us once a week for playtime in the Spring Avenue
Gymnastics Center! Pre-registration is not required, but
come early as space is limited to the first 50 participants.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an
adult. This program is a great way to interact with your
child in a safe and fun environment. It’s also a great way
to meet other parents and caregivers! (jm)
