Fairy Garden Workshop Mommy & Me Creative Sewing

Join us in making a fairy garden and gardening apron, perfectly sized
for your doll! Workshop includes Sweet P. hair braids for girls and dolls
with a fun spring accessory set, plus our signature dot nail painting.

Get creative while enjoying a fun bonding experience with your child!
Learn how to make and sew your own fabric tote bags in a colorful
setting at Shawn Sargent Designs. Lots of individual guidance and all
materials included. Bring your sewing machine or use one of ours.
Mom and child will each go home with their own one-of-a-kind

July 4th Workshop
Held at Spring Avenue Recreation Center
Age: 4-11
Bring your American Girl doll (or any 18” doll) and get ready to
celebrate the 4th of July! We’ll decorate matching girl and doll red,
white, and blue t-shirts and make clay 4th of July treats for your
doll. Our workshop also includes girl and doll braids with beads
and a matching hair accessory. You’ll have a great time playing and
pretending in our theme play stations perfect for you and your doll!

Back to School Workshop

In this workshop we’ll bedazzle a jacket, school bag and lunch box
for your doll and also make clay lunch items. Participants will get a
fun hair design with matching doll and girl accessories to take home.

Design & Sew Your Own Pillow
Held at Shawn Sargent Designs – 501 Pennsylvania Ave. Glen Ellyn
Age: 8-14
Join us for this exciting 2-part workshop where you’ll create your
own drawings and designs, have them printed onto fabric and make
a pillow with your own artwork! We’ll guide you through the design
and sewing steps, like what we use at our store. Session 1: bring your
favorite art supplies or use ours to make your drawing, collage, paper
cutouts, anything! Or choose to use your phone/tablet to create digital
artwork like we do for our own products. Session 2: We will have the
printed fabric ready for you and will teach you how to sew your own
