Held at Spring Avenue Recreation Center
Age: 6-12
Explore acrylic painting, sculpture, water color, and more. Children will
paint several pre-drawn images on canvas board and watercolor paper,
boosting confidence and motivation. This summer’s theme “SPACE”
will feature all things outer space! Bring a full roll of paper towels and
a snack; all other supplies are provided. Wear old clothes and good

Sew Simple: Sewing Camp

Learn to operate a sewing machine and sew your own pieces that you
can use again and again. See the online class description for the type
of fabric and amount you’ll need for each project. All other supplies will
be provided. You can bring your own sewing machine or use one of

with machine sewing experience who want to learn more finishing
techniques to create bags and other fun items. They’ll love using
creative stitches, mixed materials and designing fabrics All supplies

own fabric and practice sewing, ironing (optional), cutting, pinning and
