Future Pros is back to offer advanced training camps for soccer
players to develop and improve their skills. There will be three options
of camps that players can choose from: Foot Skills Clinic, Shooting
Clinic, and Attacking/Defense Skills Clinic with Transitions. The foot
skills clinic will focus on individual skill development and confidence
on the soccer ball. The shooting clinic will focus on developing skills
to improve shooting quickness and accuracy. The attacking/defensive
clinic will focus on proper attacking and defending skills. Additionally,
this clinic will work with players on transition quickness when switching
from offense to defense. Grade: 1-2
This program is for children who love soccer, want to play at a higher
level, but are not ready to commit to the rigors of our Glen Ellyn Park
District Lakers Futbol Club. Participation in both the Glen Ellyn House
Soccer League and Lakers Academy is encouraged.

Training and games will be run by our Future Pros travel soccer trainers.
Practice is once per week for 90 minutes with a focus on developing
individual soccer skills and sportsmanship. Games against Wheaton
Wings Academy teams will be held Saturday afternoons and will be
approximately 1 hour. NOTE: Each player is required to bring their own
soccer ball, shoes, shin guards, and water for each class. (bt)
