WEEK FOR MEMBERS:
BODYPUMP™: This 60-minute workout
challenges all your muscle groups by using the
best weight-room exercises like squats, presses,
lifts and curls.
BOOT CAMP: Military-inspired workouts built
on 3 fundamentals of training: cardio, strength,
and agility.
CARDIO STRENGTH: This class incorporates a
cardiovascular workout with interval, strength,
& resistance training.
CHAIR YOGA: A gentle form of yoga that is
practiced sitting on a chair or standing using the
chair for support. Ideal for those that lack the
mobility to move easily during standing poses.
HARD CORE: This 30 minute class will
strengthen every muscle group in your core.
PILATES: Work the CORE from the inside out
with a deep emphasis on abdominals, obliques,
and glutes.
POWER YOGA: Power Yoga is a fast paced
combination of cardio & vinyasa flow.

When the turf and gym are not in use, members may use these areas at their leisure.
Non-members may pay a daily drop in rate. All participants must wear a wristband.

NO SCHOOL? WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED!
Get off the couch, grab some friends, and head over to ASFC! We keep hours
available on most school days off so kids can come in and enjoy the gym or turf.
Don’t forget to bring your school ID to receive the resident rate!
WALKING TRACK
Ages 8-13 must be accompanied by a member age 18+ to use the walking track.
The walking track is free for Ackerman SFC members.

training workout. It is meant to help you lose

WERQ: Build cardio endurance dancing to
today’s hottest top 40 pop, rock, and hip hop
music! WERQ up a sweat on the dance floor to
all your favorite hits.
YOGALATES: Yogalates is a fusion of two
proven practices, Yoga and Pilates.
ZUMBA: A mix of low-intensity and high-
intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-
burning dance fitness party.

FIT & PLAY CHILD CARE
AGE: 6 MONTHS TO 10 YEARS
Our caring and qualified staff will watch over your children while you take a fitness
class, workout in the fitness center, or just need a few minutes to yourself to
shoot hoops or climb Ackerman Alps! There is a 2-hour maximum per day and the
member must remain in the facility at all times. For safety and cleanliness purposes,
no outside drinks, food, or toys are allowed.
FREE for Ackerman SFC members.
Daily Fee & Punch Cards Available for Non-Members.
