Special Events SUMMER PHOTO CONTEST: 3RD PLACE "Paddle Boating" by Brittany Larson Boating in the Park Age: All We have a variety of boats to experience in the water. Instructions can be given on dry land before you try our canoes, kayaks, or pedal boats. Venture out and enjoy the beauty of Lake Ellyn from the water. The Park District is excited to once again offer our FREE “Movies in the Parks” series this summer. All movies begin at between 8:30pm- 9pm. Jazz in the Park Age: All Are you looking for a relaxing night out with wonderful music? The Glen Ellyn Jazz Ensemble, a 16-member group, plays a mix of your favorite Big Band tunes. Jazz in the Park brings a touch of Ravinia to Glen Ellyn. Bring a blanket, lawn chairs and picnic dinner. In case of rain or severe weather, the concert will be cancelled. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in parks. Jazz in the Park is FREE to attend!
