NEW Beginner Sewing Camp
Age : 7-14 Perfect for beginners or those with some sewing machine experience . Campers will have a blast learning basic machine sewing and finishing techniques . Lots of 1-on-1 instruction in a colorful setting . First , campers will make a personalized “ stitch ” journal to get comfortable with their machine and various stitches . Campers will also make pillows they design themselves and other simple , creative projects with sewing , drawing and mixed media ! Everyone practices machine techniques , ironing ( optional ), cutting , pinning , hand-stitching and making pockets . Campers get time to play with their machines and build confidence .
