Too young for Gators, but you’re ready for daily training? Junior
Gators offers a daily swim-team-style program with the coaches
from the Gators Swim Team. This is not a lesson program. Partici-
pants must be able to swim one length of freestyle in order to be in
the program. We will focus on stroke development and endurance.
All participants get a shirt! Min/Max: 15/30. No Class: 7/4. Make Up

Conditioning Gators (Post-Season)
LEVEL DAY DATE COMPETITOR POOL Age: 7-18
Conditioning Gators is a non-competitive program for swimmers
who would like to improve their swim endurance levels and work
on stroke technique. This is also a great program to help prepare
swimmers for entry into other competitive swim programs (i.e, club
teams, and high school swim teams). All participants must have
the ability to swim 100 yards freestyle without stopping and have
knowledge of all four strokes. Min/Max: 15/30. [CS]
