TRX Yoga Zumba Kids Age: 16 & Up
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to expand your practice, there’s
something here for everyone. Because of the suspension aspect, the
TRX builds not only muscle strength but also confidence for some
poses that tend to be difficult or induce fear. Just like traditional
yoga props such as blocks or bolsters, the TRX trainer can be used to
support and enhance certain poses. Min/Max: 3/6 [CS] Age: 5-11
Get your kids started on a healthy future with Zumba Kids. This class
features age-appropriate music, dance moves, fun games and quick
World Culture fitness lessons. So Let the kids loose on the dance floor

Kids Fitness Boot Camp

This is a challenging, motivating, and fun workout in a positive
atmosphere. This class will build endurance, increase strength, and add
focus to kids’ lives through obstacle courses, partner activities, fitness

Tween Night
Age: 8-12
Tweens will enjoy an evening of fun playing sports and interacting
with friends on the turf at Ackerman! Sports will include soccer and
dodgeball, and everyone will get a chance to climb the rock wall. Each
participant will enjoy a piece of pizza to end the night. Parents must
