Haven’t heard of Pickleball yet? Named after the founder’s dog, Pickles,
this game is played on a badminton-sized court with oversized ping
pong paddles and a whiffle ball. You can visit usapa.org for useful
beginner videos and guides to the rules of the game, but the best way
to learn is to try it out!

Join us at our Ackerman SFC WERQ-A-Thon supporting
Susan G. Komen for the Cure in the fight to end breast
cancer! Show your support and get ready to party with our
WERQ instructor. All participants will receive an Ackerman
giveaway! Proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen
Foundation, the world’s largest breast cancer awareness

Ackerman SFC Open House
Ackerman SFC will be holding an Open House to show
everything we have to offer! Members and non-members
are welcome. Guests will be able to climb the Ackerman
Alps, meet with our certified personal trainers and registered
dietitian, and take a tour of the facility. Don’t forget to come
dressed to work out; our group fitness instructors will be
holding sampler classes to preview our group fitness classes.

Come check out our outdoor pickleball courts at Village Green and
learn the fun, fast game of Pickleball. Bring your Pickleball paddle if
you have one or you can borrow one of ours. Free juice and bagels will
