Prairie Insects
Age: 5-12 (Ages 3-4 with an Adult)
Many flowers are blooming in the prairie this time of year. Insects are easily seen gathering
nectar, chewing on leaves, or quietly waiting to ambush potential prey. After a quick lesson
in entomology, we’ll explore the fields in search of various types of insects to identify.
