Court of Honor
The Court of Honor is a fast-paced,
multimedia presentation of the previous year
in Scouting. Scouters and districts will be
recognized as we take a trip through the
2017 Scouting Year. We encourage every
district to have a contingent present at this
ceremony to honor all the amazing
happenings in the Cascade Pacific Council.

Holiday Weekend Family Camps
Do you love to go camping with your family
over the Memorial Day and Labor Day
weekends, but can’t stand the noisy
crowded public campgrounds? We have a
great way for your family to enjoy the
outdoors over these holiday weekends.
Come to Camp Meriwether for a fun,
relaxing weekend at the beach! We provide
a light program for those who wish to stay in
camp. Many families tour local attractions
during the day and return to Meriwether as
their base camp.

Cub Scout Shoot Out
This is a Cub Scout Shooting Sports event.
That’s all we are doing! There will be
archery, BB guns, slingshots, water rockets,
ping pong guns, and more! Come join us for
a day full of fun and adventure! Bring new
and continuing cubs alike! Families are
invited to learn more about all these
participating camps have to offer.

Horse Trek
Join us on this unique adventure traveling
the 165 miles between Butte Creek Scout
Ranch, northeast of Salem, and Camp
Baldwin, near Dufur. Travel through the
majestic Mt. Hood Wilderness Area where
you’ll learn about horses, the wilderness,
and lots of cowboy tales from head wrangler
Scott DePaolo and his crack team of
wranglers. Plan to sleep under the stars
while listening to the crickets chirping and
bullfrogs croaking. Grub is served
chuckwagon style by Cookie and his staff.
