MISSOURI: "Cash's Sweet Michaela is a 5 yr old Missouri Foxtrotter. I actually began our ACTHA journey to help her become more confident. Our first arena challenge was full of scary horse eating obstacles. The one that posed the biggest challenge was a plastic kiddie pool with water and rubber ducks. Though things may scare her she is still curious. She is a wonderful willing young mare that improves each time we try something. We still have a lot of learning to do but the partnership is well established and we both enjoy the ACTHA competitions. Thanks to the double points we obtained at the Great American Trail Horse Festival we were able to reach our bronze medal our first year of competition. Looking forward to many more rides with my little red girl." ~ Mindy
The ACTHA Blues page is about more than blue ribbons. Achievements can come in the form of a first place or a first ride. Winning or trying hard. We are proud of our member's achievements and recognize the value in every success, acclaimed or unnoticed. Our mission is to keep horses "in a job", for a horse with a purpose is a horse with a home. So ride often, and enjoy the ride!
