New Campus Facilities
Holly Cross and The Oaks
New University facilities are proposed in locations that are
well connected to the Heart of the Campus. Improving
connectivity has been an important part of the design
development.
1
It is the intention to provide improved hub facilities at
Holly Cross and The Oaks. Further engagement and
options assessment work is required to identify what
is required to best improve the student experience.
The facilities are:

The existing medical centre will be replaced with a new medical

The proposals give a unique opportunity to bring a new purpose to
the ‘building of interest’ and will be carried out in a manner that is
sensitive to its mid-century heritage. House 99, a former warden’s
house, is an important building to the University and these proposals
will secure its future.
