Be Extraordinary
Remember Captain Sully? The
extraordinary airline pilot who safely
landed his plane on the Hudson River in
New York, snatching 155 passengers and
crew from the jaws of certain death?
Well, maybe it’s not exactly life and
death...but Alpha Crew work to the same
ethos - keep a cool head in a crisis and
get the job done; however challenging.
And that’s exactly how we’ve managed
to grow from a crew of only 10 in 2014 to
over 200 – a major growth spurt by any
standards.
Operating across the UK and Europe,
Alpha Crew is the backbone to any
event. An accredited Safecontractor,
we’ve worked hard to gain several
certificates including ISO 9001/2015
showing we consistently meet customer
and regulatory requirements.
At the moment our crew numbers
range around the 160+ mark, at any
given time, including all our teams
around the UK. For this reason we are
continuously recruiting and training new
crew so we can keep up with demand
and offer our clients the highest quality
crew.
Twice a year, we organize new training
and refreshment courses for our crew –
regarding their varied skills, like IPAF or
PASMA and CSCS licenses – as well as
first aid courses, seeing as the return on
investment is such training is positive and
“fast” not only for us as a company but
also for our clients who require such skills
on a regular basis.
Furthermore, our most senior crew

have been on the NEBOSH course
(National General Certificate in
Occupational Health & Safety), offering
a valuable overview of the core aspects
of occupational health and safety,
enabling them to spot workplace
hazards and giving them the knowledge
to prevent them, as well as assist our
safety management program.
Everything we do, accounts for the
amount of emphasis we put on the
importance of our crew’s abilities and
skills, as ultimately they make up the
backbone of our business and our
future as one of the main players in the
“crewing arena”.
We’re passionate about doing a
good job and only recruit people who
share our ambition, constantly providing
ongoing training and mentoring. Our
teams seamlessly embed themselves in
our clients’ teams to safely, accomplish a
sophisticated result, every time.

teams with industry partners seeking out
our services to support events for some of
the world’s leading organisations. Such
has been the demand for our services,
we’ve opened up new operations in
Birmingham, Paris and the South of
France. This means we can provide a
relatively local service and grow our
networks.
