He is currently the Managing Principal of Link Consulting, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has worked with several large employers such as Aon Risk Services, BAE Systems, Bank of America, CGI, CVS/Caremark, Life Office Management Association (LOMA), McDonald’s Corporation, Verizon, Philip Morris USA. He holds a Masters of Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA, USA and a Bachelor of Arts from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, TN, USA. SHANKAR NAGALINGAM is APAC Human Resources Director, Talent Management with IHS. He comes to the role with more than 21 years of experience in multinational corporations, bringing to bear the full gamut of HR experience.
