development and career transition consultant. A highly creative business
leader, Terrence’s signature strengths lie in design and facilitation. Prior to
his current role as Principal and Senior Consultant at Facilitation Solutions,
Terrence was the Portfolio Manager for Management & Leadership
Development programmes at the American Management Association,
one of the largest worldwide corporate training and development
organisations. Previous to the AMA, he held various internal consulting roles
in Training & Organisation Development in the energy, pharmaceutical and
telecommunications industries. Active in social media, Terrence founded
and moderates The Heart of Meaningful Work, a social network on LinkedIn
dedicated to facilitating worldwide conversations about finding greater
fulfillment at work. He also moderates the Manager Tools group at the
Employee Engagement Network. Committed to helping others through job
transition, Terrence coaches job hunters via the St. Matthias
Employment Ministry in Somerset NJ now in its seventh
year of operation.
CINDY SAUNDERS is the HR Manager
in the Reno, Nevada corporate office of Tahoe
Resources Inc., a $4 billion publicly traded
company that operates a silver mine in
Guatemala and a gold mine in Peru. Cindy has
expertise within various industries, developing
HR strategies focused on managing and retaining
talent, engaging employees, and building robust
leadership.

(Warwick), DPhil (Nuffield College, Oxford) is Editor of the
leading academic journal Asia Pacific Business Review,
book Series Editor of both Working in Asia and Asian
Studies and serves on many journal Editorial Boards. He
has published widely, with over 450 articles, books and
chapters and other contributions in practitioner journals,
magazines and newsletters. He has given international
radio and newspaper interviews and been involved in
knowledge transfer engagement.
