• Expense history (Chart 3). Total expenses peaked in fiscal 2011 at the same time our revenue hit its
low point. Our efforts to reduce expenses have been successful and in fiscal 2017 expenses are $2.0
million below fiscal 2011. Administrative salary and benefits remain $1.3 million lower than in fis-
cal 2011 while program related salary and benefits are $1.0 million higher than they were in 2011.
• Enrollment trends for the past ten years (Chart 4). Fiscal 2017 saw a healthy increase in college and
secondary school enrollments. The college enrollment has reached a new all-time high.
