AFFORDABLE LEARNING SOLUTIONS

Mr. Propster states, “I have such respect for what my students are doing!” He explains, “Many of my students are in their late 20’s, as much as one-third are working mothers, and a small number are straight out of high school.” He continues, “Dollars are very dear to students. Some students are taking up to seven classes per semester. Many are actively seeking post-graduation work in the Human Resources field.”

The Library has been a key component to student success. Mr. Propster speaks highly of Naomi Moy on her dedication and weekly emails on Affordable Learning Solutions. Research is a key component for his students and Mr. Propster declares, “Caroline Coward [Library Literacy Coordinator] is a wealth of information on how to conduct research. For the last two sessions, I have integrated a class meeting at the Library where staff empower students to conduct professional research using University resources.”

"Library staff has been beyond helpful in facilitating access to high quality resources at no cost to students."

-Mr. Richard Propster
