TIME PROJECTS PROJECT MANAGER ROY AND PHENYO
MAPHARING CELEBRATED WITH FRIENDS IN KANYE
Sebele extension caters for
cycling enthusiasts
Time Projects’ asset management department, on behalf of PrimeTime, is
extending Sebele Centre by close to 350m² to accommodate Ulti mate Cycle
Base. The double volume showroom with workshop space to the rear and
mezzanine will stock high-end bikes, GPS systems, transportation racks and
other peripheral items. The building works was awarded to Gut & Mas and
work on site has already commenced. We look forward to welcoming our new
tenants and their lycra-clad clientele to Sebele when they open in November.
Chirundu Mall
gains momentum
Following approval by PrimeTime’s unitholders at
the end of 2016, work has commenced on the
development of Chirundu Mall on the Zambia/
Zimbabwe border. The proposed mall will extend
to approximately 4 700m² and is anchored by
Shoprite and Hungry Lion.
Work is proceeding at a rapid pace in order to
deliver the centre in early 2018. The mall will
provide the first formalised retail facility in the town
and serve people spread over hundreds of square
kilometres who presently travel substantial distances to
reach their nearest major shopping centre.
