Land secured to expand parking space for Kabwata
It has been a long process towards
securing the piece of land between
our plot and Burma Road which
allows the shopping centre to have
additional parking and access from
Burma Road. The Environmental
Project Brief has been submitted and
the council has given the thumbs up
to start as soon as the new title deed
is received. On the tenanting front,
Choppies is the anchor and Barclays,
Debonairs, Steers and some other
tenants have shown interest. If all goes
according to plan we should break
ground in July 2017 for an opening in
the second quarter of 2018. For more
information on leasing, please visit us
at the Centre Management office in
Kabulonga Mall. Alternatively, phone
