CENTRAL SQUARE By Brett Marlin It is not often that reality matches expectation, but in this case the building that was planned for this development is almost an exact replica of the initial Architects 3D images. Normally one finds issues with the initial design that need to be resolved on site and this in many instances changes the overall look of the building, but Paul Munnik of Paul Munnik Architects got this one almost perfectly correct. During the first two weeks of December 2015, we started handing over the office units to the purchasers and by mid-January, all the owners have now taken occupation even though some of them have not moved into their units. This development is a typical example of a joint venture development between Time Projects and the landowner and is a shining light as to what can be done if there is a will and trust in each other. Rekadot J represented by Ms. Dorcas Kgosietsile and Ms. Thebe Seretse are wonderful joint venture partners and with a bit of luck, we will be able to partner with them on other projects.
