Barbie Izquierdo, with her son, Aidan, is an advocate with the Center for Hunger-Free Communities,
as well as Bread for the World. Once a recipient of SNAP (food stamps), Izquierdo has joined other
Bread advocates in speaking out against deep cuts to the vital program.
