is the process of generating new ideas.
Creativity is the "ability to come up with new ideas or better ways of doing things", R. Florida
We use creative thinking to generate new ideas:
- When there is a real need for a new idea and we cannot go forward without it (A problem, a crisis, a conflict)
- When there is a chance for opportunity or disadvantage.
