TQA PENALTIES AND DISCIPLINARY SANCTIONS These are imposed to teach the students the meaning and ideals of justice and good moral and right conduct. Penalties or disciplinary sanctions will depend on the extent, severity or type of bullying. 1. Reprimand or warning by the teacher concerned 2. Character rehabilitation with the guidance officer 3. Character grade of NI or P in the report card 4. One-week suspension 5. Referral to trained professionals outside the School 6. Referral to the Women and Children’s Protection Desk (WPCD) of the local Philippine National Police 7. Appropriate criminal charges 8. Dismissal from the school
