7. Demanding or requiring sexual or monetary favors, or exacting money or
property, from a pupil or student.
8. Restraining the liberty and freedom of a pupil or student.
9. Acts similar to the foregoing.
“Cyber-bullying” is any conduct defined as bullying, resulting in harassment,
intimidation, or humiliation, through electronic means or other technology, such as,
but not limited to texting, email, instant messaging, chatting, internet, social
networking websites or other platforms or formats.
“Relational Bullying” is a subtle form of bullying which may involve destroying or
manipulating relationships. It can refer to: destroying status within a peer group,
destroying reputations, humiliating or embarrassing someone, gossiping or
spreading malicious rumors or lies, exclusion, threatening gestures, passing mean
notes, circulating hate petitions, and other similar acts.
