X. PROCEDURES IN HANDLING BULLYING INCIDENCE c. Inform the victim and the parents or guardian of the steps to be taken to prevent any further acts of bullying or retaliation; and d. Make appropriate recommendations to the Child Protection Committee on proper interventions, referrals and monitoring. 6. Confidentiality. Any information relating to the identity and personal circumstances of the bully, victim, or bystander shall be treated with utmost confidentiality by the Child Protection Committee and the school personnel, provided, that the names may only be available to the school head or administrator, teacher or guidance counselor designated by the school head, and parents or guardians of students who are or have been victims of bullying or retaliation. Any school personnel who commit a breach of confidentiality shall be subject to appropriate administrative disciplinary action, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action.
