The best wine is the one that is shared
In one of my trips through Latin America, I had the pleasure to meet Francisco Chato Piñeda and his wife Oralia. They welcomed me into the annual meeting of their great family, who traveled from everywhere to share two weeks of pure humanity. On my first night at the Villa del Santo Niño, in Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico and after sharing the table and some beers, El Chato offered me wine. I, born in Argentina, land of very good wines, asked "what kind of wine?"; and El Chato, quick, answered "the one that is shared" to which I added "the best type of wine." ...
