Diabetes can be controlled and prevented but not cured. That is why it is important to take care of this disease from an early age.

One in 3 Latinos has Diabetes and does not know it

Having diabetes means having too much sugar in your blood

WHAT ARE THE RISK FACTORS?

-Obesity

-Sedentary lifestyle

That is why according to the National Diabetes Education Program it is known that 10.4% of the Latino community in the USA suffers from Diabetes.

HOW TO PREVENT IT?

PREVENTING DIABETES IS VERY EASY,

- Eat healthily,

- Exercise constantly

- Visit the doctor every year and get the relevant tests to find out if you have any type of diabetes.
