scarecrow finale
After 20 years of S’caring for Kids, Edmonton’s Scarecrow Festival, in support of ABC
Head Start, made its final appearance on October 12-14, 2012. The decision to end
the Scarecrow Festival was not an easy one, but after careful review of the resources
needed to host such a large event, it was decided that the 20th year would also be the
final year.
