Day 1: Welcome to Adelaide
On arrival in Adelaide, tour the city,
then join a local expert for a tour of
vibrant Adelaide Central Market.
This evening, relax with your Travel
Director at a Welcome Reception
and dinner at La Boca Bar and Grill.

Day 2: Adelaide – Flinders Ranges
Travel to the Clare Valley for tastings
at Jesuit-owned Sevenhill Cellars, the
region’s oldest winery. Explore the
picturesque grounds and St. Aloysius
Church, before stopping in Clare at
lunchtime. Later, travel through the
Flinders Ranges to Wilpena Pound, a

Day 3: Flinders Ranges –
Port Augusta
Walk this morning to Hills Homestead
and Wangarra Lookout for incredible
views of Wilpena Pound. Journey
through Pitchi Richi Pass and the
historic town of Quorn on your way

Day 4: Port Augusta –
Coober Pedy
Today visit Woomera, then travel
through salt-lake country and observe
the transformation to a stark, barren
landscape as you near isolated Coober
Pedy, regarded by many as the opal
capital of the world. A local guide will
lead you through some of the town’s
iconic underground buildings, including
a church and private residence. Hotel:

Day 5: Coober Pedy – Ayers Rock
Cross the border into the Territory
today and continue to World Heritage
listed Uluru – Kata Tjuta National
Park. Sparkling wine is served
this evening as you watch the sun
set at Australia’s most renowned
natural landmark. Guests join this
afternoon in Ayers Rock (Code:

Day 6: Ayers Rock
Experience a majestic Red Centre
sunrise. After a tour of the base of
Uluru, you may take either a self-guided
stroll around its 6.8 mile perimeter, or
a guided walk to Mutitjulu Waterhole.

its ancient Aboriginal rock paintings
and the culture of its traditional
owners, the Anangu people. This
afternoon, venture to Kata Tjuta (the
Olgas), a series of magnificent rock
