Register online from the comfort of your home to save time at the beginning of your vacation . This will help us gather all the essential information so we can better anticipate your needs during your vacation .
Please have the following information ready :
• Your AAT Kings booking number and last name
• Emergency contact details including email ( should an unlikely event arise )
• Passport details for international travelers for each guest on your booking )

All guests on AAT Kings ’ Guided Vacations receive a complimentary travel wallet and luggage tag . Plus , your Travel Director will give you a map of Australia or New Zealand to follow your journey as a lasting memento of your fabulous vacation .

We recommend checking in as soon as possible after receiving your travel documents and more than 15 days prior to departure . Please note , if you check-in after this time we can ’ t guarantee your Travel Director will receive your details . Instead , please print your completed registration form and give it to your Travel Director at the start of your vacation . All of your details will be kept secure .
