ORGANIZATION & COMMUNICATION One of the hardest parts about running a new chapter—or even a well-established one—is keeping tabs on everything and everyone involved! It is the job of the Secretary, typically in conjunction with the Webmaster, to create sources of information (ranging from minutes to calendars to simply writing on the board) and finding ways to distribute these sources to their members.
