After the Meeting

Edit the minutes! This means making full
sentences, removing any jokes that don’t need
to be there, spelling out any words that you
shorthanded, and organizing the minutes so
they’re clearer.
Once you’re done, if you need to, send the
minutes to whoever needs to approve them.
Your sponsor, Latin Teacher, your Latin Club
President, etc.

Look back at your work and feel proud! You
just did something that will remind people
what happened at the meeting and that's
fantastic. :)
