A 34-year veteran of the Awards Industry, he has been with Victory for 23 years. Priceman will continue in his role as the face of the company, traveling to visit customers, as well as oversee the company’s day-to-day administration, worldwide growth and expansion, and financial matters. Alan Starks assumes the role of Executive Vice President. Starks has been with Victory for 29 years and previously owned Livonia Trophy in Michigan for 12 years. Starks will oversee the company’s operations, Promotional Products division, as well as new product development and global market expansion. Nazear Turner has been named Vice President of Operations. Turner has been with Victory for 23 years and will oversee the design department, as well as all factory operations for the company. Jeremy will be responsible for delivering GF’s overall business strategy, with a hands on approach in all aspects of the company. Jeremy will oversee sales, marketing and operations and is working directly with John Sheppard, Golden Finishes’ CEO. Jeremy joins GF from a long career in the embroidered garment sector, having held the position of Sales Director at Blue Max Banner for over 10 years. Commenting on the appointment, John Sheppard said “Jeremy joins GF at a point where we have now streamlined the operations and processes within the company to ensure that we are ready for the growth ahead. Jeremy brings with him extensive commercial and operational skills and experience; he adopts the same hands-on approach that is very much part of the GF ethos. Jeremy and I have worked together in the past and I have always felt that his experience and commercial acumen would be an asset to the company.
