DC SPARKS CONSTRUCTION wants you to build your future with
them. The company started in 2011 with one person, owner Daniel
Sparks. Since then, it has grown to nearly 25 people because
of its commitment to quality and customer service. “We need
carpenters, supervisors, estimators, steel workers and office staff,”
Daniel Sparks says. “I’d like to add 10 to 15 more people.”

Sparks, a Fayetteville High School grad, got an early start in
construction. “My father worked in construction, and I decided
that was my path, too,” he says. ”My first job was working on the
indoor football field at the University of Arkansas. I was there from
the dirt work before construction started, to cleaning the windows
when it was done.”
