MADEXXXX MADELIFE 90s classic fashion MADE By Sunny @fromsunnywithlove When somebody refers to the 90’s, I literally think they’re referring to a couple years ago - not 27 full years back in time. It’s true what they say, “Time flies when you’re having fun” and nothing explains the 90’s more than that to me. The 90’s captured my childhood and early teen years, so to say that I’m a 90’s baby is a bit of an understatement. It was a time where major moves were made in terms of music, activism and more importantly fashion. Since the 90’s is making it’s way back in a major way, I thought a true 90’s baby should give input on what the best trends were of the time - with a modern twist. Here’s how to put a little 90’s nostalgia in your wardrobe stat. COLOR BLOCKING One reason why 90’s fashion was so fun was the use of color! Cool kids were not afraid to use color or put them together in one outfit. Loafers and blazers were great statement pieces of the time. From Whitley to Lisa Turtle, dressing up in a prep cool style was most fun when using color.
