Deep clean the stove, vent and screen.
Remove all items from the tub, shower stalls,
commode tops and countertops in the
bathrooms.
Repair caulking and grout in showers and tubs.
Fix leaky plumbing and eliminate water
discoloration in toilet and sinks.
Organize your closets and cupboards. Thin them
out to display their roominess. Be sure clothes are
hung neatly and shoes and objects are tidily
arranged. Try to remove as much from sitting on

Bedspreads should be clean and crisp. Simple is
better. A clean white duvet cover is easy and

Place all money, jewelry and other valuables in a
