The kill-switch is located on the handlebars
on a short lanyard that can be looped over the
riders hand. If it pops off the power cuts such as
if the bike is dropped. If it is the child’s first time
out you could also attach a line to the lanyard and
hold it following the rider ready to pull it if they go
out of control or head off in an unsafe direction. Whichever way you chose just remember to attach the lanyard - it is another part of the the bike’s safety features.
