Saint Jean d'Angely it a tack I know well, I rode there for the first time in 2005. They like to do a few changes there so its not always the same layout every year and its nice to have something different.

It's going to be hard-packed GP, crazy fans, good weather so it always a good one to be at. I feel that if I can get through Matterely with a solid weekend and another couple of good days on the bike next week the ball starts rolling, I'll pick up moment, take it day-by-day, build on those fundamental parts of my fitness and riding over the next few week and on to Italy.

Italy is where I broke my wrist last year so I'll be looking to get on better this year but I think I can pinpoint this one as the next GP where I can really give a good push and go for a real decent result.

It's going to be hot, humid, tough, sandy, and technical but these are things feel I can overcome and turn out good for me. Italy is one I'm targeting for a big push and will be assessing it all on the weekend off after 3 GP's an go on from there.

It has been a month of not so good news and I've been sitting low trying to keep upbeat and as fit as I can but the next month is full on and I want to get through it solid and keep turning the screw each day not just every weekend and catch up that ground that's lost.

We've still got 12 GP's remaining so there is still alot to play for and although the championship is more or less out the window with regard to a good result there's a few that I've pinned for a good result and look for a podium before the end of the year, aim for the top five and be happy with the way I turn it around.
