Perth Bike Night started in April 2014, it was the idea of 2 friends, Craig and Eileen. It was intended to be a meet for bikers as there was nothing like it on a regular basis in the area.
The first night was a great success and since then has continued to gone from strength to strength. In the first year they raised £4205.91.
In 2015 things changed and Craig moved on to pastures new. Eileen was joined by Karen Gray and with the help of Motorcycle Association for the Disabled (MAD) Scotland who marshal the events, saw the numbers attending rise again. They also introduced various stalls to the event keeping the theme motorcycle related.
In 2016 Eileen took a step back as she had entered a new venture with her partner and Karen took over.
"Along with sponsorship of the events, the endless raffle prizes that have been donated by local companies made for an even better season. We held a custom bike show which was fairly well received although, I have to give that one to The Cove, they know how to do a custom show!" Karen said.
