Welcome to the 2nd issue of "40 under 40" most influential and successful professionals in the Bahamas.
Last year was our inaugural edition and I was honored to meet incredible and unique individuals who are
impacting our country. This year our team received soo many impressive nominations It was difficult to
narrow it down to 40. We are extremely delighted to feature another group of individuals who aspire to
make a difference and be powerhouse leaders of the future. My heart was overwhelmed with pride and joy
to see the amount of young people making positive initiatives personally and professionally. We join in
with friends,family and colleagues to celebrate, encourage and cheer you on as you continue to strive to
make the Bahamas better for the next generation.
Since our last reception our country experienced some challenges that has expanded our focus to assist
initiatives that will help those in need. We were able to assist with hurricane relief supplies for Andros after
the devastation of hurricane Matthew and bring smiles to children at the Childrens Emergency Hostel with
giving over 200 toys. I commend all philanthropist in this group who give unselfishly of their time, talent
and resources. It is my belief you will continue to be active in social engagements, the political process,
mentoring and commerce.
Once again on behalf of Professional Service Bahamas thank you for making this 2nd event a success and
supporting the effort. Also to our advertisers we appreciate your contribution which will help shine a light
on these distinguished honorees. We congratulate the past and current honorees and encourage them to
be promoters of change and to mentor those who come into their sphere of influence.
