Stanya Stuart
Stanya graduated from The Government High School in 2001 where she held the post
Deputy Head Girl and went on to graduate Valedictorian from St. Thomas University
with a BBA in Accounting. She continued her academic growth by successfully
becoming a CPA. Stanya’s professional career expands over 11 years having garnered
a wealth of experience during her tenure at Ernst & Young, Deloitte, S. G. Hambros Bank
& Trust and currently at Capital Union Bank, where she is the Financial Controller.
Stanya loves animals, enjoys traveling, volleyball and everything make-up. Stanya
aspires to become a lawyer in the near future.
Ras' Deniro Thompson
RasDeniro Thompson was born on June 18th 1991 in Nassau, Bahamas to Secretary, Rose Major and
Journalist, Cordell Thompson. He attained his early education at St. Michael's Pre School and later on at
St. Cecilia's Catholic Primary School where he graduated in 2003 at Class Valedictorian. He attained his
secondary education at St. Augustine's College and he is presently pursuing a Bachelors of Science
degree from The University of The Bahamas in Bahamian History. An active member of his community,
RasDeniro Thompson is a recipient of a 2016 Bahamas National Youth Award; a Social Media Manager
by profession, he has managed and coordinated social media campaigns for a plethora of businesses
and companies in The Bahamas, namely Sky Bahamas, Light Speed Shipping, The Bahamas National
Festival Commission, just to name a few. He has a passion for youth development and one day, he
aspires to hold the office as Prime Minister of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
Shanely Toote
Shanley Toote attended Fort Valley State University where he studied Ornamental Horticulture. He is
currently the Maintenance Division Manager at Caribbean Landscape, responsible for a team of 5
managers, 17 foremen and 60 other landscape professionals. He is responsible for over 200 landscape
clients throughout the Bahamas. He is also the President of Innoventure Capital Partners, an investment
and holding company with businesses in the hospitality and service industries. He is also the founder
and Managing Director of an US-based Plant Brokerage and Consulting Firm, serving clients in the
Bahamas and throughout the Caribbean.
He is a member of the Delta Epsilon Sigma Graduate Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and a Charter
Member of the Rotary Club of Old Fort where he is currently President Elect. Shanley is 34 years old and
has two sons, Langston and Landon.
Chavala Walker
Chavala is presently the Head of Corporate Services and Financial/Business Analyst for Sterling
Global Financial Ltd., Chavala has a diverse background. With over 16 years in various sectors which
include the Legal Industry, Accounting, Business Management, Financial Services (Corporate,
Banking, Fund and Wealth Management) Music and Real Estate Industry.
Since 2014, Ms. Walker has also taken on consulting services for small and medium enterprises
which lead to the establishment of Walker Strachan July 2017, As a consultant she along with her
partner David Strachan provides directional leadership, vision and support for clients in Company
Formation and Management, Financial Planning, Corporate Finance and Restructuring, Financial
Management, Capital Raising & Budgeting, Marketing, PR and Social Media Management.
